Scratch is one of my top restaurants to go to in Laredo! My boyfriend and I come here all the time. The service is always top-notch, especially from Eli, he is the sweetest and is always making sure we are taken care of. Their sandwiches are the best, and even their brunch too. There’s great options for everyone. Our food has always tasted delicious. Props to the bartender as well!

I had to leave a review because this was genuinely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. I was celebrating a really important milestone before moving away, and everyone here made it feel so special. The food was amazing, the drinks were amazing, but honestly what stood out the most was the service. Our server was incredible. I feel so bad that I can’t remember his name, but he was so kind, funny, respectful, and just made us feel so comfortable the entire time. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure people have a great experience, and it made such a difference. The owner was also so welcoming and even surprised us with a complimentary shot, which was such a thoughtful touch. You can really feel how much they care about their customers. If you’re looking for a place with incredible food, drinks, and genuinely outstanding service, this is it. Thank you for making such an important day in my life even more memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m home. ❤️

Their chicken Caesar salad wrap was such a disappointment. It barely had any lettuce plus it was mainly the white lettuce core (don’t know what it’s called) I got zero taste of Caesar dressing to me it tasted like mayonnaise, no croutons… it’s supposed to be a salad turned into a wrap also, I upgraded to fries the only thing was that they put the hot fries in the same box as my fresh wrap and by the time I got home to eat it (to go order) the wrap was hot I did not like it one bit! It sucks because I like their sandwiches so was excited to try their wraps. Never again will I be ordering wraps.

I was recommended by a local that this place was a good lunch stop. When I entered the restaurant I was hit by a bad smell reminded me of a gas station restroom that isn’t clean. The sandwich that I order was the Scratch sandwich. The sandwich didn’t have much flavor, the chicken was kinda dry and the Cole slaw inside didn’t have a good flavor like they didn’t add any dressing. The worst part of my experience was that my friends sister order a kids meal and it had mold on the bread, this was on the grilled cheese sandwich. So next time you go look at the bread for mold. The service was okay, and I was compensated for the kids meal.

Went in for brunch and ordered Scratch Chilaquiles and they were good but I saw them as overpriced nachos. They had alot of flavor but the white crema sauce gets to overpowering after a while if only they had refried beans or something to cut the crema sauce. The Green Pozole is always good and the Go To sandwich will never disappoint. On a side note they should use smaller plates to sort of make ut seem its more food then what it is cause there is alot of blank spac eas you'll see in the pictures.
